You often see the word professional coach floating around on the internet today, but what exactly do they do? A professional coach aims to positively transform and improve your career, relationships, organisations and anything else that you need help with.
A professional coach isn’t there to tell you what to do or what step to take next. They are there to guide, support and help question you to make the best choices.
It is important to deal with any challenges that you may face head on. For instance if that’s a lack of confidence, anxiety over public speaking or even to help you to avoid getting mixed up in the wrong crowd. Importantly, after the year the whole world has had, a professional coach may be needed to help you to overcome any societal fears, increase your confidence to get back to reality or to simply to help with any anxiety.
A professional coach is a friendly, unbiased person to help you make the best decisions that will have a positive outcome and impact on your life.

Why choose me?
With hundreds of professional coaches out there today, why should you choose me?
As a child, I excelled at sports and I always knew that this was the path I wanted to take but I saw so many people give up on their dreams. This inspired me to start professional coaching. I have a desire to help and inspire people to chase their dreams and reach their own finish line. Using my own personal experience of the benefits of physical activity that has on me, I encourage young people to use the concept of training for sport to help train your mind positively.
I am also the Managing Director and Head Coach of The Little Runners. A London based sports in schools company, providing fun and enjoyable sporting activities for primary school children.
Based in London, I have over ten years of experience working as a motivational speaker and professional coach. I have helped hundreds of young people, schools and organisations that have sought my guidance. Above all my mission is to further improve and develop the mental health and ability of everyone. I want to help individuals overcome their fears and prosper in life.
