Adrian mentors students of all ages as well as adults. Each programme is matched to the person’s goals and stage of life, whether that is a young student building self-belief or a professional stepping into a bigger role.
How are mentoring sessions delivered?
Sessions can take place face to face for clients in and around London, or online by video call for anyone, anywhere.
What makes Adrian’s mentoring different from coaching or therapy?
Adrian combines real-world lived experience as a business founder with his TQUK Level 2 youth mental health qualification. The focus is on mindset, practical life plans and active accountability rather than theory.
How long does a mentoring programme usually last?
Single sessions are available, but lasting change comes from consistency. Adrian offers 4-week and 8-week blocks, with support between sessions to keep momentum going.
Can parents or school leaders receive progress updates?
Yes. Sessions remain a safe and confidential space for the young person, while Adrian shares high-level progress updates with parents or school staff so everyone stays aligned.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
With at least 24 hours’ notice, sessions can be moved to another day or switched to an online session.
