As a Careers Day speaker, I draw on my unique journey from being a sports coach in schools to becoming an inspirational speaker and role model in the community. This experience allows me to connect with students in a meaningful and relatable way, showing them the power of determination, hard work, and believing in themselves. From sports coach to community role model:

My journey began as a sports coach in schools, where I had the privilege of mentoring students and helping them develop teamwork, discipline, and resilience through physical activity. It was during this time that I realised how much of an impact a strong role model could have on young lives. 

Over the years, my focus shifted to a broader mission, using my experiences to inspire not just athletes, but all students to overcome challenges, embrace their strengths, and pursue their ambitions. Today, as a community role model and speaker, I bring lessons from my coaching days to the stage, demonstrating how perseverance and a positive mindset can lead to success in any field.
